The Never Ending Game

Saturday, July 7th 2007 (7/7/7 God's Day), Wake up time: 10:10am


A day of many numbers being the same. The date was 777 and the time I woke up was 1010. How odd. Not really but I'm strange like that. We packed up the car so that it was ready for when we would leave the next day. We travelled over to Cat Pond and once again I had a hand at kayaking. It was slightly easier than the day before but still very hard work!


We went swimming once again as the water was lovely. We splashed around and kept jumping off of the pier which ran into the main body of water. We then got out and just lazed in the sun to dry off. I was getting hungry so we stopped and had bagels for lunch. We then headed home.


Once we got home, we Lyle, Claire and I went to the games room and began a game of Monopoly. A game which can never be finished, seriously. We did that for an hour or two and then decided that we should count up the money and then decide who won by that factor. We played a couple of games of cards to pass the time. We played President and Cheat which I'm not sure who won at. 


We went downstairs for a dinner of burgers which were lovely. we then headed out to a jumping tree. It was by the house and it was just a tree that stretched out over the lake near the house. I jumped off a lot of times and it was very fun. We returned afterwards to the games room and Claire, Lyle and I just sat and talked for the rest of the evening. Overall, not a hugely thrilling day, but I had fun by jumping off the tree.
