Birthday Party Time!

Saturday, October 6th 2007 (Josh's 18th Birthday!), Wake up time: 11:35am


I had coffee cake for breakfast and then called England to talk to my friends Craig and Jon. I then put my laundry on, before cleaning up the kitchen. I then watched Pulp Fiction...all the way through this time! I enjoyed it immensely, and it's now in my top list of films.  I then took a walk to pay for the drugs that I was now using for my skin to help clear it up. It did cost a large amount though! A total of $85... and this is why the NHS wins. 


I walked home, and had a root beer. Claire's friend Kelsey came over and we hung out and I met Claire's other friend Gracie. I called my mother, and we talked about my visa. I needed to re-apply as it expired after six months, not nine. It was going to cost $300! I called Julia about the party, to get details and such things before heading back to CVS to pick up the drugs I'd ordered, they already had them but they had to find them earlier. 


I came home, and I played some Dungeon Runner and some Oblivion to pass the afternoon. I then called Alex and Julia to confirm details, before getting ready for the party. I headed to Starbucks, as that's where I was meeting up with people. I got myself an iced caramel frapaccino and a maple doughnut. I met up with Ritwick and some other people. We went to CVS for a card, and then walked around until Rosalie picked us up. 


We headed to Josh's...but we got very lost! We finally made it there! We got lost, quite a lot...and it was a fun journey but we did want to arrive! I saw a lot of people I knew from school. I hung out and talked for a little bit with everyone. I had a little dance to the backstreet boys, a sort of cult favourite among the seniors. Josh put on the film 'Mr. Deeds' and he'd ordered some pizza. I got quite a bit, and had some deserts and then danced some more! 


I played truth or dare with Ryan, Courtney and Desi... Dares included kissing Courtney, having a lap dance from Ryan and other things that aren't necessarily publishable here ;) I wasn't even drunk! I got a ride home with Courtney and then went on AIM and chatted with Ryan and Desi...and had a loooong chat with them about sex! It may seem odd, but the conversation was amusing at the time. I then made my bed, before cleaning the kitchen and heading to bed.
