Waiting...and waiting...

Wednesday, September 5th 2007, Wake up time: 8:45am 


I had maple oatmeal with brown sugar for breakfast. I then called Alex and agreed to meet him at Newbury Comics. I played Timesplitters 2 first to pass some time before leaving. I left for Newbury Comics. I waited for Alex...who took a long time. I checked out some of the stuff in Newbury and called home a couple of times to find out where Alex was. I used collect call which I didn't find out until later that these cost a lot! He took his time, but I wasn't too annoyed as he was buying me Scarface Platinum Edition. ;) 


He finally arrived and we got the DVD. Alex was buying a new phone, so I went with him and his mum to buy it. There was a long time waiting while Alex's mum set up a contract deal for him...most of this day was just waiting :/ We finally got his phone sorted and his mum dropped Alex and I back at my house. We watched some of Scarface. 


I then went on the trampoline with Claire and Alex befrore dinner of pork, mash and cauliflower. I had some cake for desert and then had to force myself to get ready for the inevitable...back to school. The evening was spent sorting out what I'd wear, my folders and making my lunch...I wasn't thrilled but it was exiting to experience something completely new.
